Insurance:
Acupuncture: Dr. Safiya is an in-network provider with Cigna and CareFirst/BCBS. You may have out of network coverage if you are insured with a different carrier. Please take advantage of a complimentary Insurance Verification to determine if you have coverage for Acupuncture and the number of visit your plan allows. You will be contacted as soon as your benefits are determined (generally 48-72 hours after form submission).
*Naturopathic doctors are not currently in-network with any Maryland-based insurance companies. Flourish and Balance is therefore not able to bill insurance directly for Naturopathic medicine services. However, you are able to self-submit claims to your insurance company for reimbursement or application to your deductible. We will supply you with the necessary paperwork upon request. Non-refundable service deposit still applies.*
